Terms of Use
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Use explain the rules and conditions for using iiiCOM, including memberships, private rooms, promotional codes, Push-to-Talk communication, and related app features.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using iiiCOM, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app.
2. About iiiCOM
iiiCOM is a Push-to-Talk communication application that allows users to communicate through real-time voice rooms.
The app is designed for fast voice communication, private room access, user presence, service notifications, and selected emergency communication features where available.
3. Membership and Subscriptions
iiiCOM offers paid memberships through Apple In-App Purchase as auto-renewable subscriptions. Available membership options may include monthly membership and yearly membership.
The exact subscription price, duration, renewal details, and available options are shown inside the app before purchase and are processed through Apple’s App Store payment system.
With an active iiiCOM membership, the user receives access to membership features, including:
- Three private rooms assigned to the member.
- The ability to use these private rooms for Push-to-Talk voice communication.
- The ability to invite selected users to the member’s private rooms.
- The ability to remove users from the member’s private rooms.
- Control over who is allowed to access the member’s private rooms.
- Access to membership-based communication features available inside the app.
The member is responsible for deciding who may join their private rooms and may remove access for invited users at any time, subject to app rules, technical availability, and these Terms.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
iiiCOM does not directly collect or store your Apple payment card details.
4. Promotional Membership Codes
iiiCOM may provide free promotional membership codes during selected campaigns, exhibitions, demonstrations, or trial events.
These promotional codes may provide temporary access to membership features for a limited period, such as a few days or one week, depending on the promotion.
Promotional codes are intended for free trial, demonstration, or promotional use only. They are not sold inside the app and are not intended to replace Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions.
All paid iOS memberships are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Promotional codes may expire, may be limited to selected users or events, and may be cancelled, limited, or changed at any time.
5. Private Rooms and User Access
Active members may receive access to private rooms as part of their membership. Private rooms are controlled by the member who owns or manages them.
The member may invite users to join their private rooms and may remove users from those rooms when needed. Users who are invited to a private room must use the room responsibly and only for lawful communication.
Access to private rooms may depend on:
- Active membership status.
- Room availability.
- User invitation status.
- App rules and technical limitations.
- Any restrictions applied due to misuse or violation of these Terms.
6. Acceptable Use and User Safety
You agree to use iiiCOM responsibly, lawfully, and safely.
iiiCOM has no tolerance for objectionable content, abusive users, harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal activity, or misuse of the service.
You must not:
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or fraudulent activities.
- Transmit or participate in offensive, threatening, abusive, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate voice communication or content.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate, intimidate, or target other users.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
- Attempt to access rooms, systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Misuse SOS, emergency alert, company, private room, or location-based features.
- Send false, misleading, or unnecessary emergency alerts.
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, or the rights of others.
Users may report inappropriate activity, abusive behavior, harassment, threats, misuse, or other violations from inside the application or by contacting iiiCOM support.
Reported activity may be reviewed by the iiiCOM support or moderation team. We will review and act on reports of objectionable content or abusive users within 24 hours when necessary, including muting, restricting, removing, suspending, or terminating access for the offending user.
Access may be muted, suspended, restricted, limited, or terminated if misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, harassment, threats, objectionable content, or violation of these Terms is detected.
7. SOS and Emergency Features
iiiCOM may include SOS or emergency alert features where available and enabled. These features are designed to help users notify authorized recipients in urgent situations.
SOS or emergency alerts may use information such as user ID, room information, and location data to send alerts to the appropriate recipients.
Important notice: iiiCOM is not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire department, civil defense, medical emergency services, or any official emergency service. In a real emergency, you should contact the appropriate local emergency service immediately.
Delivery of SOS or emergency alerts may depend on internet connectivity, device status, permissions, battery settings, server availability, Apple Push Notification services, and other technical factors.
8. Voice Communication and Room-Based Use
iiiCOM provides real-time voice communication through Push-to-Talk technology. Voice communication is transmitted between authorized users in selected rooms or channels for communication purposes.
iiiCOM is not a random one-to-one anonymous chat service. Users communicate through selected Push-to-Talk rooms or channels, and each user is responsible for their conduct while using the service.
You are responsible for what you say or transmit through the app. You must not use the app to transmit unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate communication.
In public or shared Push-to-Talk rooms, abusive users may be muted or restricted by the moderation or admin team. In private rooms, the room owner or authorized administrator may manage access and remove users from the private room when necessary.
9. Privacy
Your use of iiiCOM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected, how it is used, and how it may be protected.
You can review our Privacy Policy at: https://iiicom.online/Privacy-Policy

- Background communication permissions: used where required for app functionality.
If you disable or deny required permissions, some features may not work correctly. You may continue using other available features of the app where permissions are not required.
11. Service Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but iiiCOM may not always be available without interruption.
Service may be affected by:
- Internet or mobile network issues.
- Device limitations.
- Operating system restrictions.
- Server maintenance.
- Third-party service availability.
- Push notification delays.
- Force closing the app or disabling required permissions.
12. Updates and Changes
iiiCOM may be updated from time to time to improve performance, security, features, or compatibility. Some features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or removed.
These Terms may also be updated when needed. If significant changes are made, users may be notified through the app, website, or App Store update information. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Intellectual Property
iiiCOM, including its design, software, logos, interface, branding, features, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app according to these Terms and applicable App Store rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or exploit any part of the app unless legally permitted or expressly authorized.
14. Apple App Store Terms
If you download iiiCOM from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and policies.
Paid iOS memberships are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. If Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app, these Terms are intended to supplement that agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s required terms, Apple’s terms may apply where required.
15. Disclaimer
iiiCOM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is not guaranteed to always be available, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.
Communication, SOS, emergency alerts, location updates, and notifications may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable due to technical or network conditions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iiiCOM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the app.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of communication, service interruptions, delayed alerts, missed notifications, device issues, network failures, or inability to access the service.
